If your item is not quite what you expected and you would like to return it, we can offer you a full refund within 28 days of purchase. We cannot offer a refund after 28 days.
In order to return an item, it must be unused and in perfect condition. It must include the original packaging and tags in place. Please email your intention to return within 14 days and we will forward details of where to send your returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt. If the item returned is in ‘as purchased’ condition your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It can take a while for the refund to be posted, so if there is a delay, please be patient, and contact your bank as a first port of call.
Cost of Returns
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser; unfortunately, we cannot offer paid returns. Please contact us and we will forward details of where to return the items to. If you are shipping an item over €100, it would be prudent to track your shipping or purchase shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
If the item you received was a gift, please be aware that refunds/credits are only issued to the original purchaser.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you details of where to return the item.
