Shipping Policy

Due to ongoing supply chain issues the date for delivery is estimated and we will endeavor to ensure that your product is delivered on time but please note that there can be some delays which are our of our control.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or returns on personalized items .

If an Item in damaged in Transit, it will be replaced once we are made aware and have made contact and agreement with the shipping provider, again refunds are not permittable due to them being personalized so the product is already belonging to the customer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As our products are personalized we require Payment in full before any products are started. Once Items are paid for they are started therefore you CANNOT cancel your items as they are personalized and cannot be resold , there is no return and no exchange policy with the nature of the product ,
