Refund Policy

At Eirlooms we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and that if you are not, or in the event of items being damaged upon receipt of delivery, that you have easy access to refund or replacement.

We will accept returns up until 30 days after receipt of item, provided that it has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Please notify us as to the reason for the return.

You can choose between a replacement product and a refund. Please note, items bought during a sale will be refunded for the amount purchased, not for any subsequent increase in price.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email and your credit card will be reimbursed.
